Hi, I'm Tamara.
I attended Deakin University from 2015 to 2020, completing a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Criminology, both with distinction.
When I finished my studies at Deakin, I began my Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law while working full time as a graduate lawyer.
After being admitted to the Supreme Court as a lawyer in February 2022, I was promoted to the role of solicitor, and immediately began seeing my own clients.
Earlier this year I completed my supervised practice, and continue to work full time as a solicitor in a boutique law firm.
My current practice areas are wills, estates and estate planning, property law and conveyancing, and commercial law.
I can offer online tutoring in various law subjects, legal studies and practical legal training as well as criminology.
I am organised and thorough, and have well-drafted notes on all university and PLT subjects I have completed. I can assist in understanding assignment/exam questions and criteria, provide study support, assist in understanding content or I could provide a weekly commitment to your studies if you are struggling to balance study and life.
While studying, I spent time working for Deakin University as a PASS leader (Peer Assisted Study Sessions), and I am currently using my leadership skills to train and mentor a university law student start her career in law.
