Worst tutorial teacher, he is a bully and does not treat anyone with respect. He called me dumb in class and humiliated me in front of the class, just because I asked a question about a valuation calculation. I attended every week, and I left early often because the atmosphere in class was not a learning environment, and if you're a slow learner good luck. The tutorial teacher does not provide feedback and doesn't grade the assessment until the final examination period. There's only ONE assessment in this unit, so I don't understand why it would take 50+ days to mark. I've received all of my other assessments from other units within 2 weeks! Plus those other units had triple more assessments than Commercial Valuation. So you don't really know how you're going in the unit. Overall, I wish this unit was not compulsory. The lecture and the tutorial materials were different and nothing was organised in the learning modules. Good luck if you struggle with mathematics too. This class has a high failure rate from what I heard from other students. I wonder why..... Crap teacher and crap learning materials.
