Another banger by Chantal. This unit definitely draws in a more diverse crowd so it was interesting to hear some more unique perspectives. Assessments include dialogic engagement (journal entries and class participation), conversation fieldwork essay, and oral assessment. Some of the content is very confronting (e.g., physical and sexual abuse) but the class discussions were very rewarding. I highly recommend!
