Reviews

It is one of the big principle heavy subjects that you first learn so it can be difficult to get your head around, but once you do its absolutely fascinating! One of the most useful and enjoyable subjects in law school.

Anonymous, Summer session, 2017

Although Contracts involves quite a bit of reading and work to keep up, it is very interesting and not too difficult to understand. It is also a very structured subject, so a good set of notes is essential to follow the subject and maximise performance in class participation and the exam.

Anonymous, Autumn session, 2018

Interesting subject with engaging lectures and tutorials. A bit of a workload, but one of the better ones at UTS.

Anonymous, Semester 2, 2015

Contracts has a heavy content load - so keep your notes up to date. It is interesting and not at all too difficult to understand. The assessments was somewhat easy and the final exam was not that difficult.

Anonymous, Semester 2, 2015

Contracts is very content-heavy. The first half of the course is the easy part. It is the later topics which are difficult. The final exam is tough - be prepared.
