Interesting, and an up and coming area in law, so it grants good exposure to the trajectory of the field.

A thoroughly interesting course taught by competent staff, with a well-chosen textbook to guide you (Dixon et al). Minus one star for the unnecessarily stressful (and unhelpful) assessment regime: 20% mid-sem exam, 80% final exam!
