Really well organised course- the readings are the shortest I have done and just cover the key concepts. An interesting mix of equity, contract and land law.

Sincerely I find anything related to law to be very simple, I did not need help of anyone to pass this subject. Overall this was an amazing subject that I passed seamlessly

I loved studying Land Law. My lecturer was Brendan Edgeworth in Semester 1 2018. I found the course to achieve a good balance between history (particularly in relation to Native Title) and blackletter law. While the readings were quite content heavy, I found that the law could be applied in quite a methodical way and the legal tests were not conceptually difficult to grasp.
