Annoying how this is a compulsory subject for anyone looking to major in marketing or management. The tutors are nice and helpful but only if you are willing to discuss in class. Firstly, there doesn't seem to be any real learning? You usually just have to rely on knowledge you have learnt in previous marketing subjects. There are readings but it's very demotivating that they are not discussed at all. The assessments were poor, especially whatever that Capsim thing was.

Rakesh, the lecturer/tutor for half of the class is absolutely horrible. His sessions are so unstructured, and won't help you at all to prepare for the assignments. Also, the assignments he gives is clearly to make you help him collect data for his research project, not to gain any learning. This guy was an absolute nightmare to have as a lecturer. Would gain more learning outcome by reading a paper rather than listening to his random shit. The first part with Laura is good, but Rakesh just ruined the whole experience
