I became a tutor because understanding physics and maths isn't about memorising formulas. It's about learning to see the world differently. I've taught for over twenty years, first as a university lecturer, then as a private tutor to students across Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, and the UAE.
In our sessions, we work through the concepts together until they make sense to you, so you can work them out yourself in your exam or on a problem set.
I teach calculus, linear algebra, differential equations, applied and engineering maths, statistics and probability, data analysis and visualisation, Bayesian methods, physics (mechanics, electromagnetism, electrodynamics, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, relativity), and Python, R, MATLAB, and C++.
Exam preparation: QCE Maths Methods and Physics; IB Maths and Physics HL; GAMSAT Section 3; university entrance and bridging.
Qualifications: PhD in Physics, MSc in Physics, BSc in Physics, Graduate Certificate in Higher Education, AFHEA, Queensland Blue Card.
Awards: Best Undergrad Thesis Award, Suma Cum Laude Master thesis.
