Hi! I’m Nil Leg, a 4th-year Physics student with a strong background in mathematics and physics, as well as a year of studies in Education. This combination gives me both a deep command of the content and effective teaching strategies to help students truly grasp complex ideas. My methodology focuses on active, practice-based learning—I believe students retain knowledge best by solving problems and applying concepts rather than just memorizing formulas. I offer classes for Year 10, 11, and 12 Mathematics and Physics (HSC level), as well as 1st-year university students in Physics. I have solid experience tutoring students aged 13 to 17 in both subjects. I offer both online and in-person sessions. Preferably, I conduct classes online or at the University of Sydney libraries (e.g., Fisher Library), but I am also willing to travel to local nearby areas like Camperdown, Glebe, Newtown, and Darlington. My individual rates are $70/hour for Year 10–12 Maths and Physics, and $80/hour for 1st-Year University Physics. I also offer discounted group tutoring: $45/hour per student for 2 students, $35/hour per student for 3 students, and $30/hour per student for groups of 4 or more.
