I received an HD average during fourth year across both coursework and thesis. I’m a registered psychologist with several years of clinical experience in primary and tertiary mental health settings, where I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan. I currently hold a position as an Associate Research Fellow focused on adolescent mental health, suicide prevention, and digital interventions and have contributed to multiple manuscripts and publications. This dual pathway in research and clinical practice informs my tutoring approach, ensuring academic guidance is rigorous and grounded in real-world application. I have 6+ years of academic teaching and marking experience. I’ve taught and marked first, second, and fourth year units including HPS111, HPS202, and fourth year counselling units. I’m deeply familiar with the expectations of undergraduate and 4th year psychology programs in Australia, including APA-style requirements, research methods, ethics, statistics, and clinically relevant coursework. I have experience providing thesis feedback for 4th year/honours-level research. I understand the academic pressures psychology students face and I aim to create a supportive, structured, and motivating space.
