I studied at The University of Queensland and hold a BBiomedSc(Hons.) with First Class Honours. I worked during my degree as an analytical chemist and I have worked in Sweden and Germany in peptide therapeutic research since graduating. I primarily provide assistance for laboratory report writing and analysis as well as written assignments as this is what I enjoy the most. I will help direct your writing and provide feedback on drafts to ensure you are hitting the rubric for high distinctions. I also offer exam prep assistance for the open book mid-semester exam for BIOM3401. I am most passionate about pharmacology and physiology courses, and have worked as a tutor at UQ so I know what is being looked for on laboratory reports and assignments. I have tutored: BIOL1020/1040, BIOC2000, BIOM2401, BIOM2200, BIOM3401/3402, and BIOM3200. I received the highest grade on reports in third year pharmacology including several 100% grades. Received Dean's Commendation for Academic Excellence from The University of Queensland in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022. Rates are $65/hr for first-year, $75/hr for second-year, and $100/hr for third-year. Open to increased level of assistance for higher rates.
