Hi there! I'm Rochelle. I am a PhD student at the University of Melbourne. I completed a Master of Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree (major in Civil Engineering) with a concurrent Diploma in Languages (Italian). I have completed two study abroad intensives in Italy.
I have experience as a tutor for high school maths and as a tutor at university for Fluid Mechanics & Biofluid Mechanics, Engineering Maths, & Engineering Mechanics. I have always received excellent feedback from my students on my teaching style. I am very patient, understanding, and relaxed.
My teaching style is quite flexible and can vary based on the student. For example, it may involve running through a topic/concept from lectures and then working through examples together (e.g., tutorial questions or problems from the subject).
I am happy to tutor online via Zoom or on campus.
