Practising doctor makes Physiology, Biochemistry and Microbiology look easy.
I’m a medical doctor (MBBS) and practising GP with a background in surgery, including the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons’ Surgical Primary Exam in anatomy, physiology and pathology. I’ve spent more than ten years in internal medicine since then.
These subjects are often taught as lists to memorise. Doctors don’t use them that way. We reason through them every day, and that’s how I teach.
How lessons work:
We start from a short clinical case and work back to the science.
You predict what happens before I explain, so you build reasoning, not just recall.
I draw diagrams live on my iPad, and you get the notes as a PDF after every lesson.
Each lesson ends with a new case for you to solve, so you know it’s stuck.
Lessons are one-on-one and online (Zoom), anywhere in Australia, tailored to your unit outline and upcoming exams. Send me your unit outline before we start.
First lesson $70, then $90/hr. 5-hour pack $430, 10-hour pack $810.
