Reviews
Loved this unit. If you take time to understand the content then its very easy to achieve high grades
Anonymous, Semester 1, 2017
This unit is wonderful for anyone who is doing psychology as it is extremely useful in learning to adapt to the techniques and thinking strategies needed to achieve HD research report papers. It introduces you to critical thinking and analysis of research performed by others for uses such as comparison and crituque. There is of course some focus on statistical knowledge, however it is mostly theoretical - so if stats is not your strongest area, or you need a booster or refresher I highly recommend this unit in conjunction with STA10003 or just after. The knowledge gained from this unit is extremely useful for all future assignments in the psychology units. Alternatively if you're awesome at stats and looking for an easy HD unit, this is the one for you! The teaching team for this unit is also incredible.
