A subject taught by "academics" who seem to have no real world experience, that results in a course with extremely limited benefit to careers within the construction/project management and valuations sectors. At best this subject should be an elective, though how it is not only a necessity but requires more contact hours and input than actually relevant subjects such as Construction Processes, Applied Valuation, Advanced Law or Property Economics, just to name a few, is totally beyond me.
