I will be taking this unit this semester. I added it in error when I mixed it up with another similar unit that I have already completed.

Marking for the assessment was pretty harsh (that could have just been the tutor though). Aside from that, the group assessment practicing negotiation was fun and a nice change for something different. I found to get better marks on the reflection parts you had to be very detailed.

Always turn up to tutorials, make sure you find a decent group to do the group assessment with (l was fortunate this semester to find what probably had been the best group I've worked alongside while I have been at University) Take your time to work on the assessment and if you stick to the script you'll get a decent grade overall.
