Whoever wrote the lecture slides may need to be hospitalised. As in I suspect they've recently suffered a stroke. Or is it a case of them not caring (due to low pay, etc.)? I honestly would rather this person vomit their thoughts into AI and paste that onto the page rather than read something with grammar and structure that resembles my 7th grade fan-fics.

Although the content is dense, the delivery was well organised and I had an excellent tutor. This is one subject where you have to know the cases as there is very little legislation to guide you.

Completed this unit during summer and it was very poorly run. Interesting and engaging content but very difficult to learn when it is run so poorly. The mainstream semesters are much better, however.

Newly combined two subjects into one. The equity part is pretty repetitive of contracts. A lot of content but overall delivered well.
