The forms and rationale of vicarious liability 2. Defining the employment relationship 3. The "course of employment" test 4. Intentional and criminal acts Alternative Compensation Schemes - covering litigation-based compensation, social insurance (NDIS/NIIS), no-fault schemes, and Queensland-specific frameworks (workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, CTP insurance). These helped me achieve final exam grade of 83/100.
