Description
This is a comprehensive set of exams notes (completely up to date) which includes writing prompts and case summaries. It is very easy to follow and there are various bookmarks and hyperlinks to make navigating easier. These notes are also are ideal for someone who uses notes to understand the content and prefers reviewing notes in a table format. Topics covered are: 1. CPA - Overarching Obligations 2. ADR and ODR 3. Jurisdiction (including cross-vesting) 4. Parties (capacity etc.) 5. Joinder (party joining a proceeding - P, D or 3P) 6. Joinder sub-topic (estoppel) 7. Commencing Proceedings (including Pre-Litigation Steps and Ethical Obligations) 8. Limitations of Actions 9. Originating Process 10. Service (Personal, Ordinary & Substituted) 11. Enforcement (when judgment is not complied to). My tip is to use these notes as a first step for doing practise questions and understanding the content, and then to use as a guide for creating your own exam notes which are catered to your understanding of the material. At the very least, know the content and notes very well so that you can issue spot. Although the notes provide step-by-step analysis, it is not necessary or appropriate to go through every step for every exam question. All the best and happy studying :)
