Description

This final scaffold structure helped me achieved an easy Distinction for Public International Law. These notes are concise and simple, is structured topic by topic, and includes all the relevant key principles, exceptions and cases. The scaffold is structured based off the approach one should take when answering the problem questions in Exam, and usually starts from the general position in law, any relevant primary tests, then the relevant exceptions, their tests and their legal effects. For initial revision, I suggest readings the facts and the relevant discussions/quotes to develop your own understanding and memory of that case, then, for pre-exam prep, practice with the exam scaffold notes to familiarise yourselves with applying the scaffold and principles to the facts *The notes are the result of all the readings, lecture notes, academic articles and others notes I was able to read. The topics are the examined area of PIL (aka from topic 5 to 13), including: - Title to territory - State Jurisdiction - State Immunity - Diplomatic Immunity - State Responsibility - Diplomatic Protection - Use of Force - Implementation, enforcement and accountability
