These notes cover the content from weeks 1 - 13 (theories of and access to justice, the rule of law, the Australian legal system, separation of power, ethical lenses, liberalism, equality, Indigenous issues, critical race theory, globalisation and human rights). It also includes the case studies taught throughout the semester ( anti-terrorism laws, climate change, anti-protest laws, constitutional recognition etc.) to give context and provide support when writing the essays in the final exam. There are references to back up points throughout.
