Description

This study notes directly deals with the torts of negligence. Of the 14 weeks of the semester, negligence made up 12 weeks if the unit. All the readings were completed and important parts were extracted into the study notes. The study notes also include an almost complete case brief of most cases covered and provides a link to flash cards. Sidenote: Content/bookmarks are properly defined in full study notes.
