Description

These are my notes for crim 1. They're all really workable for exams. Divided up into types of crime and how to approach a rape, murder, homicide etc. type question. Each stage in the problem map has a citation for the relevant authority - which is colour coded. Each stage also has a good opening line that you can apply to the problem. There are also a few broad notes about the relevant policy/conceptual points in the course. Green = case/legislation authority Purple = secondary source authority (textbook, author, article, extra-curial judge) Pink = case/legislation/secondary source that wasn’t on reading guide (case mentioned in a case/mentioned in lecture etc.)
