Description

High quality, content dense and common sense Private International Law notes. I like to use a straight forward, short sentence style of writing in notes that explains difficult concepts in a quickly and easily understood manner. My notes are generally structured in a scaffold format with content organised under key questions in each section that follow a logical order for answering problem questions. The 'meta-scaffold' on the front page sample shows this style. Topics covered: 1. Introduction 2. Personal Jurisdiction 3. Choice of Law 4. Foreign Judgments Note: the sample is the first page of each of the 4 sections or topics of the notes just to give you a feel for what they're like. Enjoy!
