Reviews

A basic coding unit to prepare for harder ones later.

Anonymous, Semester 2, 2018

Easiest unit ever, guys! I already got HD even before attending the final exam. Just go through Learning Processing thoroughly, put some effort into researching and you will be fine.

Anonymous, Semester 2, 2018

Easy unit. Anyone can do it and get D/HD with a little bit of study.

Anonymous, Semester 1, 2018

This unit is very easy if you have had previous experience in programming. If you have had no experience in programming, then this unit will be very difficult for you as the lectures are highly unhelpful and the practicals further establish. I would not recommend choosing COMP115 as an elective. Unfortunately, this was a required unit for my course but thankfully it is the only programming work i will have to do for the rest of my degree. Nevertheless, this unit has undoubtedly turned me off from programming.

Seeing how the world of programming works can be exciting to learn

Anonymous, Semester 1, 2018

Interesting and fun, but gets difficult really fast if you start to fall behind. Would be a breeze for anyone with experience on the topic, and is accessible for a total beginner so long as you keep good notes and keep up.

Anonymous, Semester 1, 2013

Practically impossible to fail. You get three attempts at all tests. Only two assignments. Very fun course.

Anonymous, Semester 1, 2017

Awesome unit, easy to do really well as long as you keep up week by week.

Anonymous, Semester 1, 2017

Great unit. If you have no previous programming experience I recommend attending all lectures and tuts. Very easy if you have programmed before.
