The reading was at times complex, but the lecture allowed me to incorporate the information effectively. The lectures mostly gave a great entrance to the topic area and an intro into current literature and questions in the field. In the tutorials, we learned MATLAB, for those who have no experience programming it was still a gentle introduction. The code portfolio ensured that I actually understood the code I was writing and the commentary paper was one of my favorite assignments that made me really engage with the literature. The music lecture was a little difficult and I imagine those without a background in generative theory might have some difficulty and the audiology lecture was not presented in the best manner.
