A decently good unit. I chose this as an elective though, so it might be more suited to those who enjoy coding. It was mainly based around RStudio and tests to find significance in datasets. Drew is a great lecturer. I found it a little tedious to attend the in-person workshops because most of the class was not up to speed on the content and it made classes very awkward and quiet. The assessments were fine. You won't get your marks back before the exam because the due date for both coincides with the beginning of exam week, so keep this in mind. There were weekly quizzes alongside the content, and a practice exam was also released for revision.

probably the worst unit I have ever taken, if you don't like coding this isn't for you

Best unit ever. Drew is amazing and the concepts are constantly reinforced and well taught. There are practice quizzes every week and practicals are fun and interactive (even when done via Zoom). Definitely not a subject to be worried about although I would highly recommend you actually attend the lectures and practicals live rather than later on. There are lots of opportunities for asking questions and discussing content.
