This subject intuitively is not difficult (it uses rather basic mathematics and little of the knowledge from second year stats subjects), however the questions are challenging and require a lot of thinking. Those with an interest in life insurance will enjoy this subject. There are plenty of resources in the course for students to succeed, and it's important to continually practice tutorial questions throughout the semester because each topic builds on the next.
