Since our first bootcamp went so well we are back again to bring you SGT SESS Bootcamp Part 2!

We will be running this event at VU Footscray Park from 10am-11am in Room L008.

Everyone is welcome whether you are new to fitness or an experienced athlete, there is something for all types of people! This class is completely FREE for all students so bring your friends along!

We encourage you to arrive 10minutes before.

So why should you come along?

- Improved Brain Power!
Studies suggest that a tough workout increases levels of a brain-derived protein (known as BDNF) in the body, believed to help with decision making, higher thinking, and learning.
- Sharpen memory
Physical activity boosts memory and the ability to learn new things. Getting sweaty during your workout increases production of cells in hippocampus responsible for memory and learning.
- Reduce Stress!
Working out can reduce stress and boost the body’s ability to deal with existing mental tension.

Bring a drink bottle and workout clothes!
