The unit is interesting, and not recommended for those who not good at maths. The final exam was tricky and assignments as well

Make sure you get a good group for the assignment! Unit will be easy if you study the lecture notes do the workshop questions every week.

Enjoyable unit, applicable valuation models and quite theory dense. The calculations are quite basic. Make sure you get a good group as the assignment is a significant component and has a large weighting.

Interesting content, make sure you get a good group - majority of your marks go there. More theory than calcs but better than Investment Analysis.
