Come down to Oak Lawn for a FREE Zumba class to promote mental health and celebrate Mental Health Week with Dane UWA. Get some fresh air, clear your head and de- stress!

Zumba combines the atmosphere of a dance party with Latin dance moves! You'll get a full body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

You'll forget you're working out with these fun, simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more!
