When:
31 March, 2016

Location:
Rural Western Australian Primary Schools

Organised by:
Teach Learn Grow

Once again, the Teach Learn Grow Rural Program needs volunteers like YOU to send to disadvantaged rural primary schools in Western Australia to mentor and tutor students.

As a part of the TLG Rural Program you'll improve student maths outcomes, change students' attitudes towards school and give them confidence to learn. You'll become a leader, gain a first-hand understanding of the socioeconomic factors that affect education and make a lasting impact to the lives of rural and Indigenous children.

We'll send you on an all expenses paid trip (including food, travel and accommodation) to a rural primary school in WA for a week between the 26th of June to the 2nd of July (just after the university semester and exams finish!)

By participating in the rural program you will bridge educational disparity through mentoring disadvantaged primary students while developing leadership, management and communication skills.

TLG is a fun, free and rewarding way to meet new people, learn new skills and make a difference.
