Have you ever wanted to try yoga? Now’s your chance!

Blackstone Wellness is fortunate to have the director of Yoga Vine, Kate Taylor lead a 6-week workshop for Blackstone members. This mini course is designed to help us learn how yoga practice can best assist us to manage stress and gain a little perspective during semester.

Law school can be an extremely challenging environment, particularly when under stress and personal life interferes with academic studies. Research has revealed that law students and legal practitioners experience higher levels of stress and anxiety than other professions and areas of study.

Open to all Blackstone members for FREE!
We only request that you commit to the 6 weeks in order to see the potential benefits of yoga. By signing below, you agree to come to wellness yoga with an open mind and willingness to learn.
