Build Student Society will hold a Special General Meeting (SGM) to elect a secretary, communications director, events director and two events officers for our 2017 executive team.

We are looking for bright and motivated students who are interested in applying their leadership skills in a leadership focused society.

Voting is open to ALL BSS members attending the SGM.
Friends are welcome. Memberships can be acquired on the day.

POSITIONS
* Secretary
Performing routine administrative functions that include meeting scheduling, meetings mediation, minutes recording, maintaining electronic files that are critical to the society’s function.

* Communications Director
Communicating with key third party stakeholders on behalf of Build Student Society while contributing to the maintenance the society's high reputation through planning, developing and implementing public relations strategies.

* Events Director
Proposing, planning, organising and coordinating events throughout the year.

* Events officer - 2 positions
Working with the events director to effectively plan, organise and coordinate events.
