No matter what you’re studying, it’s guaranteed that you feel a bit of stressed from doing assignments or exams. You will need your mind to be Sharp, Calm and accurate. How many times have you messed up a simple question in exams because you were Anxious?
With high levels of mindfulness you won’t need to be worried! Don’t just work hard, Work Smart!
Mindfulness training for students gives you tools to help you remain calm, sustain your attention, and be able to focus.
It has been showed to improve working memory and reduce anxiety.
One article showed that it improves Performance.
So we will be doing some Mindfulness (breathing meditation) Meditation plus semi basic mindfulness techniques during this Workshop
We start off with body scanning meditation

What am I thinking during the questions in Exams?
