Hey CMS members we've got two free lectures going on (on the 16th and 18th) right before exams are starting. How great?Yes I admit it is quite stressful for myself too but feel free to drop by at these events if you need the time off overthinking studies. It would definitely be a good time to be here :)

Rhythms of Change: Reclaiming your Health using Ancient Wisdom & your own Common Sense

Five Phases as a Model for Physical Health, Emotional Intelligence, and Spiritual Maturity.

As practitioners, we have the opportunity to engage deeply with our patients and impact their health in often profound ways. Yet we often overlook how coaching and mindfulness techniques can be so effective in the clinic.

This evening's lecture offers a practical guide to integrating the profound wisdom of the Five Phases into daily life and clinical practice.

Mary will present simple practices for each of the Five Phases. Her approach is to use this traditional Taoist philosophy to unveil the unconscious beliefs and emotions that often interfere with our ability to change and to heal. As practitioners we will learn and experience skillful techniques that may be immediately applied to clinical practice.
With 30 years of experience in Oriental medicine, Mary is a practitioner, an educator, and a mentor. Mary has recently authored a book on these topics
