Winter is coming. So is Health and Wellbeing Week!
From 18-22 May, let TUMSS take care of your wellbeing, with little treats and activities all through the week to keep you sane during the lead up to exams!
Monday: FREE LUNCH to kick off the week, from 12.30-1.30 in MS1!
Tuesday: Make your own free smoothie on a pedal-powered SMOOTHIE BIKE stall run by IMPACT!
This evening from 6 PM, come along to Electives night for some inspiring stories and advice on organising your electives and stay for the free dinner afterwards!
Wednesday: Begin your day with a FREE BREAKFAST run by RUSTICA. Get in early…or miss out!
Sarah Lock (Med III) will be running a STRETCH CLASS at lunch time, so bring comfy clothes and stretch all that tension out!
Thursday: FREE YOGA session run by Fit Hot Yoga in Menzies during lunch time! Email email@example.com to sign up! Limited numbers so get in quick!
