Want to be part of one of Sydney Uni’s largest and most active musical societies? SUSO is full of students who love classical music and share their passion at uni. We perform in the beautiful Great Hall and our 2016 concert season features Elgar’s Enigma Variations, Saint-Saëns’ Symphony No. 3, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7, Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet and Strauss’s Horn Concerto No. 1.

Membership is open to all orchestral instruments: violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, percussion and harp. Current members have a musical standard mostly between AMEB Grade 7 and LMusA.

Auditions for 2016 are in O-Week and Week 1. To book an audition go to https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1j43CJd4leiogBh8nHx19ZB4guLhOmOlJp-9Fp3TXdwA/viewform

• Sight-reading given on the day.
