Sydney University Association of Malaysian Students (SUAMS)
Deepavali is a festival that stands for a reaffirmation of hope, the triumph of good over evil and a chance for self-reflection - all of which are themes we in SUAMS wish to cherish and celebrate, especially with 2016 drawing to a close. We want to express our gratitude for your continuous support throughout the year, meet YOU as the new SUAMS committee for the first time; and we can't think of a better way than with our very own DEEPAVALI NIGHT!
Get ready for an exciting night with a photobooth set up, an Instagram competition, free study packs and of course, Deepavali-themed activities. The amazing Malaysian delicacies we'll be serving include:
i) Nasi Briyani* and Papadam*
ii) Dalca Vegetable*
iii) Chicken Kurma
iv) Kuih Vadai
v) Teh Tarik
(All dishes served are halal)
