SUABE is back and we are kick-starting the new year with our 2016 Annual Welcome Dinner!

This is an excellent opportunity to bring out your networking skills and interact with students, alumni, academia and many, many industry guests from all areas in biomedical engineering and more. Just to give you an idea, our last event boasted over 40 + companies!

This year we have two very special speakers. The first of which is Dr Jordan Nguyen, who has gone from a PhD In Biomedical Engineering to developing a thought-controlled smart wheelchair for high level physical disability. He has been featured in Catalyst, The Project, is starting his own documentary series, and presented in TEDx TheRocks, Ultimo Science Festival. http://www.drjordannguyen.com/. The second speaker is Dr Brad Miles, the CEO and founder of 360 Knee Systems and the founder of Optimised Ortho, which was bought by Corin - one of the largest orthopaedic companies in the world.
