Organised by:
Sydney University Law Society (SULS)

SULS is delighted to present the second seminar in the Law & Business Student Discussion Forum: Insider Trading.

The sentencing of Oliver Curtis to a jail term for insider trading earlier this year created a legal and media firestorm. Dr Greg O'Mahoney will consider the aftermath of this high profile insider trading case in this Law & Business Student Discussion Forum.

About the Speaker:
Greg O’Mahoney graduated from Sydney Law School in 2000. He was the winner of the World Universities Debating Championships in Glasgow in 2001 and a Rhodes Scholarship (NSW) in 2002. Greg went on to undertake the BCL and a DPhil at the University of Oxford. He was Associate to the Hon Murray Gleeson AC, Chief Justice of Australia between 2005-2006, and is now a barrister in New Chambers.
