RC Mills Lecture Room 209

Organised by:
Film Society

Dir. Miranda July, USA, 2011

This week we're checking out writer/director/actor Miranda July's second feature, The Future. July brings her offbeat brand of comedy to this tale of a couple of hapless thirty-somethings who attempt to adopt a stray cat. Though wondrous and whimsical on its surface, there is a great deal of emotional nuance and dark humour to be found in this observation of modern relationships.

Find us on Tuesday in RC Mills Lecture Room 209. We'll have pizza from 5pm and the screening will start at about 5:15pm. We'll be heading to the Forest Lodge Hotel afterwards for post-film drinks and discussion.

This event is free for members, $5 for Access cardholders. Annual membership is $5 for Access cardholders.
