The films of Swedish director Roy Andersson have often been described as combining the existential angst of Ingmar Bergman, the meticulous visual sensibility of Jacques Tati and the absurd humour of Monty Python. While these comparisons don't do justice to the striking uniqueness of his work, they might give you some idea of what to expect from this film. Come along and see for yourself why Andersson has become a festival favourite.

Find us on Wednesday in the Old Geology Lecture Theatre! We'll have pizza from 5pm and the screening will start at 5:15pm. We'll be heading to the Forest Lodge Hotel afterwards for post-film drinks and discussion.

FREE for members: $5 for Access cardholders. Annual membership is $5 for Access cardholders!
