USyd Quad Front Lawns

Wednesday 15th is Health and Wellbeing day at USyd and we are taking part by having a demo game on the front lawns!

Physical activity is super important to most people's health and wellbeing, and especially if you're stuck in the library studying all the time, getting outside, having a run around, and taking a break can be incredible for your physical and mental health (as well as your studying!).

Quidditch is a great way to get active! Quidditch is a fun and fast paced sport, with a variety of roles and positions to suit every kind of player :) We are open to people of all abilities and genders, so whether you've never played sport before and just want to have a relaxing casual couple of games, or whether you're really keen and competitive, this is the sport for you, and we have multiple teams to accommodate people's preferences.

If you have no idea how quidditch works - that's what today is all about! Come along, we will show how you the game works, we will run you through some basic drills and you'll get a chance to play actual quidditch! If you just want to come and watch, that's totally fine too :)
