"On Wednesday's We Wear Pink!"
Getting into our pink-alicious spirit, The United States Studies Society is hosting a dual feature film screeening of cult classics "Heathers" and "Mean Girls" at Manning Bar on the 3rd of August.

Heathers (1988) @ 6.30 The cult high school black comedy that launched the careers of Christian Slater, Winona Ryder and Shannon Doherty.

Mean Girls (2004) @ 8.30 Hailed as “like, literally the most quotable movie ever”, this Tina Fey penned high school drama launched the career of Lindsay Lohan and prompted teens across the globe to create their very own "Burn Book" because lets face it, everyone had a "Regina George" at school that they wanted to write bad things about!

We’ll also be hosting a live Q/A with the screenwriter of Heathers, Dan Waters from 6.00pm via Skype, so get in quick!

ALSO there will be FREE DRINKS AND FREE PIZZA so come along for a night in celebrating high school misanthropy!
