When:
23 March, 2016

Location:
Toowong Bowls - Club Toowong

Organised by:
UQ French Society UQFS

Picture this: an afternoon spent playing a friendly game of Pétanque under the Eiffel Tower while sipping on an ice cold bière and throwing banter at the best friends money can buy.

Unfortunately, this dream is not currently a reality for most of us, but lucky for you the UQ French Society has found the next best thing - an afternoon of pétanque at the Toowong Bowls Club!

Join us for pétanque, the typical French version of boules, for an afternoon of fun and frivolity with fellow francophones and francophiles before dreaded mid semester exams commence. (Please note: you do not need to be a franocophone or Francophile in order to attend.)

Tickets are $10, which includes endless games of Pétanque or Bowls, food, drinks, and an unofficial after party at the RE for those not willing to admit it’s time to start studying.

This event is open to all ages, and we will be providing wristbands to over 18s.

Please note, those who are not already members of the society will be required to purchase membership in order to attend the event. This can be done so at the following link: http://uqfs.getqpay.com
