Let’s turn up the heat!! Dayne is a talented urban street dancer and hip hop choreographer who is guaranteed to get your body pumping to the beat and deliver an exciting class this Friday. Last semester we welcomed him for his first class and were blown away! He’s set to bring a variety of hip hop styles to the table as well as his own unique flare to your Friday arvo. Don’t miss this chance to learn urban street choreography from one of the best!

Make sure to bring along your UQ Street Groove membership card to show to our executive members at the door and don’t forget water or a towel to beat the heat!

======| WHO IS DAYNE |======
Dayne brings together a variety of dance flavours, from hard hitting grooves to fast/slow textured body movements. He has been living here in Brisbane for several years and has a love for dance and music. Dayne is part of The Homebase, a new company founded at the end of 2015, and works as a substitute teacher at Mad Dance House. He has dance experience from both Australia and America and grew up in Auckland. Dayne is also part of the Raw and Underground communities.

======| FREESTYLE JAMS |======
One whole class just isn’t enough?? Well stick around afterwards and join us for another hour and a half of freestyle jams. It’s open for everyone to attend, Street Groove member or not, so come along, chill out and have a good time. Learn new dance techniques from one another and practice at your own pace to some funky beats. The jams so far have been off the charts!
