All will be revealed in Heath Room Friday night. This is a fantastic opportunity for both beginners and experienced bboys/bgirls alike to form a strong foundation for future jams and learn from one of Street Groove’s most talented breakers. We look forward to seeing you all there!!

Make sure to bring along your UQ Street Groove membership card to show to our executive members at the door and don’t forget water or a towel to beat the heat!

======| WHO IS YUJI |======
Inspired by dancers on So You Think You Can Dance and various dancers on YouTube, Yuji first started dancing in 2010, when his senior in high school introduced him to the breaking community in Brisbane. Yuji first became a member of the UQ Street Groove community in 2013 where he performed as part of the Street Groove performance crew and was later class manager in 2014. In 2015 he took a hiatus from life in Brisbane and moved to Singapore for 17 months. During this time, he performed with two university dance groups: BreakiNUS and D’Hoppers.

======| FREESTYLE JAMS |======
One whole class just isn’t enough?? Well stick around afterwards and join us for another hour and a half of freestyle jams. It’s open for everyone to attend, Street Groove member or not, so come along, chill out and have a good time. Learn new dance techniques from one another and practice at your own pace to some funky beats. The jams so far have been off the charts!
