UQCS CHEER TEAM PLACEMENTS!!!
This is it everyone! Not long now until team placements!
Here is all the information you need:
***Monday 27th February is 'Come and Try Day' (7:00-9:00pm)***
***Thursday 2nd March is 'Placement Day' (7:30-9:30pm)***
The 'Come and Try Day' is for people who are new to Cheer and would like to attend a chilled out session where they can try Cheer for the first time! The 'Placement Day' is for EVERYONE to attend who would like to be placed in a UQCS Cheer Team.
If for any reason you are unable to attend Thursday 'Placement Day', you may attend on the Monday 'Come and Try Day' to be skill assessed and placed into a team but please let us know in advance via facebook message or our squad email - email@example.com
Both days are free of charge! We want as many people as possible to have the opportunity to try-out for one of our teams!
As mentioned in our 2017 Information Pack we are hoping to have 3 teams this year:
Our Level 1 Team - Supernova - is for athletes who are new to the sport, beginners with a small amount of experience, or for people looking to have a more recreational experience with UQCS. This team will train once a week on a Monday night (7:00-9:00pm) and offers a great opportunity to meet new people!
Our Level 2 Team - Infinity - is for athletes with previous cheer experience, or those who are looking for a challenge and a chance to up-skill. This team will train once a week on a Thursday night (7:30-9:30pm) and has a fantastic team spirit!
Our new Level 3/4 Team is our advanced team that caters for athletes with previous experience in upper level cheerleading. Level 3/4 requires a high level of commitment and motivation, and will only run depending on numbers and coaches adivice. Training hours for this team are TBA, we are very excited to see what this team will bring to the family of UQCS!
Feel free to facebook message us or email us - firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions you may have :)
