This subject builds upon some of the concepts explored in FIN111 in more detail, and is an extremely well-organised subject. The textbook complements the lecture notes quite well, and is easy to follow. While the second half of the subject, particularly capital budgeting, is slightly more difficult, the weekly workshops should help iron out most of the issues.

Great subject. Aelee makes the subject interesting and easy to understand. As it is a required subject for many commerce students, it's great that the subject is taught by an excellent lecturer. The subject material itself is mostly easy for the first half and gets only marginally more difficult after the mid term. However, if you pay attention and complete all your tutorial homework and perhaps with a little help, you can certainly score well in this subject.
